Shipping Info

Seymour Auto takes pride in making sure that your order reaches you on time and in the same condition in which it leaves our warehouse.

We use a variety of different carriers to deliver the best service we can.

 

Fed Ex and UPS- Continental United States Small Package

The majority of our packages ship through these two carriers.

We typically ship the same business day if ordered before 2pm (excludes holidays and weekends).

Packages can ship to a residence or business.

Due to size restrictions on some parts, we ask for a physical address instead of a PO Box number.

Tracking numbers are emailed when your part ships.

Shipping to HI, AK, and PR is available for an additional charge. Please contact Seymour Auto for details.

 

Freight Shipments

We ship larger items by a freight carrier within the 48 contiguous states.

Freighted items must be shipped to a commercial address with a loading dock and a forklift that is able to remove the pallet from the truck.

We also offer shipping to a local freight terminal. Residential shipments and lift gates are available for an additional charge. Please contact Seymour Auto for details.

It is essential to provide us with a valid phone number so that we may contact you to finalize arrangements.

All freight shipments must be inspected upon delivery.

The delivery driver will have paperwork for you to sign.

If you notice an item is damaged, sign and mark as damaged, and contact us immediately.

 

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Seymour, CT. Pickup hours are Monday through Friday 8am-4pm.

Please contact us before coming to pick up any items. Otherwise, you run the risk of an item not being available or not being in stock when you arrive.

All pickups of freight items must be made with a pickup truck.
